Ebb and Flow......

Finding balance in our lives, as the seasons change.
Our leaves are turning, bright oranges, reds, and gold.

Bright yellow mums liven up my fall garden.

And lavender ones for calmness.

I am feeling more balanced in my life now.
Hubby is feeling well. There are no new symptoms to worry about.
My blogger friends have given me good advice.....
It is a mind-set that's beginning to work.....
Bringing me more peace, less worry, less frustration...
And I think Hubby is feeling this new peaceful me.
Healing us both.

UPDATE: It's Blooming Tuesday at Jean's blog. A day to show what's blooming in our gardens.

Wendy, a delightful fall post. Just gorgeous colors the leaves are and of course the mums say autumn don't they? You do sound calmer-an inner peace showing through in your writing. I wish you well and balance in your life.

Lovely fall colors in your garden. I find the garden helps destress me from my day to day worries. It's hard caring for someone who is ill. My son is emotionally ill and it's a struggle everyday. My heart goes out to you.

Thanks Jean - I am sure Hubby feels it. You are right.

Hi Perennialgardener, thank you for your kind words. Gardening is so soothing. I am sorry you are having to deal with an emotional illness. It's so difficult.

Hi Wendy, Blooming Tuesday was fun. I am so glad you are finding peace in your life today. Quite an accomplishment. I finally shared a bit of my life in the blog before bloomin tue. The words finally came to me on how to share in a positive way. Or I hope it was. I so wish my hubby was as responsive as yours. His depression is hard to concur. He chooses not to speak much.

A lovely peaceful post, Wendy. I do enjoy seeing your colorful changes of Fall. Our Fall in the south is much later and more muted than yours. So happy Hubby is doing well.

How pretty is all your flowers.

Finding balance is best way to go on the middle of the road if there not to much traffic out.

Coffee is on.
