It's Blooming Tuesday

I sure hope I do this right. It's Blooming Tuesday and I'm supposed to show what's blooming in my garden. Well, I cheated.

Below - you will find my first attempt at Photostory. I really had fun, especially with the "edit" feature. That's why you will find blue and green flowers (they were edited with the "negative" mode).

As well some of my pink hibiscus are bathed in the "ethreal glow" , which makes them look white over pink - again, compliments of the "edit mode". The music is rather tinny, but I had to use what was available.

Enjoy!

Thanks Bear Naked - this was just an experiment. I didn't put the photos in any particular order. Next time I will. This is fun.

Hi Sherry - thank YOU - you are the one who introduced me to Photostory. Oh you have to check out the editing. You'll have a blast!

Great job, Wendy! I am so impressed! Where do you find Photostory? Is that what Sherry uses for her Friday slide show? I'd love to try it some time. Your hibiscuses are beautiful; the last picture of the yellow one with the raindrops is stunning.

Wendy,
Your Photo Story was wonderful, beautiful and so put a smile on my face. As did your comment on my post. I appreciated it very much.
For the record, you hit the nail right on the head, I am in Menopause. I had to have a full hystorectomy and it put me there pronto. I was not prepared for that....immediate menopause.

Have a great Wednesday!!!

Hi Carla - thanks for stopping by.

Hi perennialgardener, thank you. My garden is basically empty. This was a substitute.

Hi Ruth - thank you for you kindness.

Hi Rose - yes it is the same as Sherry's. I asked her how she does her slide shows and she told me: All you have to do is "google" photostory and click on the first thing that comes up.
It's a free download and soooooo easy to do. I am techno-challenged and if I can do it - anybody can. Tks for your kind words.

Hi Cheryl - oh dear, poor you. I'm still in the hot flash stage. So much fun (NOT). I hope things get better for you.
Thanks for stopping by. I'm glad you enjoyed the show.
I've got some tea brewing.....help yourself.

Loved your slideshow and the musical accompaniment! It was very calming. I'm getting ready for my son's wedding this weekend, so "calming" was just what I needed!Pretty photos and I loved the photo of the huge, colorful tree in the post below!

I really liked your Photostory! I'll have to try it sometime. I've done a couple of slide shows, which don't offer music, so Photostory seems more interesting.

Hi Marmee - my hibs are grumpy right now. I've brought them in for the winter and they're dropping their buds. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Ann - thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked my hibs.

Hi Aiyana - give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Hi Darla - yes it is. I haven't played with anything - this was my first attempt at a slideshow. I almost thought that with video, slide shows would be a thing of the past. I'm glad they're not.

Hi Annette - thanks for the compliments.

Hi Bev, thanks for checking in. Hope you have a good time in Virginia. Looking forward to seeing your pics (especially of Ella).

Hi Morning glories round the clock, thanks for your kindness. It was fun.

Hi Shammickite - yes, do try it out. It's fun.

Hi Beckie - by all means give it a try. I would love to see your pic of your grandgirls. I also want to do some of the grandkids. And a combined grandkids and flowers. The music just has to be right. I am learning how to download from the net. No, I've never done that before. Lots to learn....

Oh Cheryl, it's not scary. Your photos can be edited and if you don't like the results, just change it back - presto! Like magic!
But really, I do understand. Your photos are beautiful and very special. You don't want to mess them up or change them.

I thought it was you too at first, but soon realized it was not.
Happy gardening!
