Diamonds in the Snow

If you look closely you can see bits of faerie dust..........

Or, they might be diamonds sparkling in the snow!

I think with an upgrade, or a more sensitive camera, the "diamonds" would be easier to see.

Couldn't let a post go by without a pic of flowers.
My kitchen hyacinth just beginning to bloom.
Sweet!

Wendy, the sun came out here yesterday for while and I notuced the sparkles too. A little gift for having to deal with all the snow. :} I love hyacinths! I could smell them all day every day. But did I think to plant any indoors? No. :{

It is hard to capture those sparkles with a camera. Your home looks very inviting with the flowers and nice windows.

The snow diamonds are so pretty. That's my favourite thing about snow with the sun shining although I think this winter, I've seen enough and I'm a die hard winter fan too!!

I've noticed the diamonds in the snow lately when the sun shines, too, Wendy! I do like the sparkles, but I'll be glad when it's too warm for snow:)

Your hyacinth is gorgeous--what a breath of spring!

I can see them! Diamonds or faerie dust - all good. Walking into your home from outdoors must be a real treat. You make me want to buy some fresh cut flowers tomorrow!

Wendy,

A beautiful post. Isn't the world lovely when all dressed up in her white, sparkling gown? I also enjoyed the hyacinths. They are one of my favorite flowers.

Yes, it was a rough day and then Meeko had to be euthanized. Very difficult.

Take care and enjoy your weekend, my friend.

Blessings,
Mary

Hi Wendy, loved your post title and the photos. There's so much about snow that I'm learning now, with so many cold climate bloggers' posts. It's interesting.
Glad you included the hyacinth photo. In that cold, the blooms must be heart-warming!
