It's Bloomin' Tuesday!

Over at Jean's Blog "MsGreen Thumb"
Here are some mini-yellow daffodils and the beginning of some cheery red tulips..... thinking of peeking out.

Here is a better pic of the tulips - just beginning to open.

Yes! They're fully open and do brighten up my kitchen!
So there you have it. Just a few flowers bloomin' in my house.

Love your Valentine Day layout, I picked mine because it was purple, BUT I like your term of 'indigo' better:)

That is me...ALL INDIGO:)

Wendy,you must smile every time you walk by these. Just gorgeous! You have spring right there on your table. We have has some great weather the last few days-of course it will end soon-that you can smell spring in the air. I looked and no flowers popping thru which is probably a good thing.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful blooms with us! :}

Your blooms are so cheery! Are these the ones you forced yourself, Wendy? I'm still waiting for mine to bloom:(

Hi Rose, no the tiny daffodils and tulips I bought at the store and just plopped them into that nestlike plant pot. I also added a green plant labelled "tropical folliage". Don't know what it is.
Happy gardening.

Beautiful tulips! I have to say that I love the green walls of your home too! I noticed that you're from Quebec -- one of my sons spent two years in Quebec and loved it!

Your tulips are such a great color! Did they come already planted, or do you start them yourself? My daughter has a tulip planter that she uses to start her bulbs. This year, the tulips were small for some reason.
